In April 2024, the first “Genkai-don” restaurant opens in Kyoto.
With the concept of “a full belly of delicious fish,” we aim to create a restaurant that is loved by all customers, regardless of age or sex. The restaurant is designed in a modern Japanese style, and serves kaisen-don (fresh Sushi Bowl) using fresh fish landed at fishing ports throughout Japan and blended rice carefully selected by Gihee Hachidai.
